Tsinghua University's Information-related Discipline Group brings together a group of outstanding talents. As the cradle of China's information science and technology talents, Tsinghua has cultivated thousands of scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and managers.

By the end of December 2023, the Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology had a total of 559 teachers, including three members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
