Tsinghua University's Information-related Discipline Group brings together a group of outstanding talents. As the cradle of China's information science and technology talents, Tsinghua has cultivated thousands of scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and managers.

By the end of December 2025, the Beijing National Research Center for Information Science and Technology had a total of 222 teachers, including three members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and five members of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
