II. Research content or plan to be engaged in

The Communication Coding Research Group of the Smart Skynet Interdisciplinary Innovative Cluster, addressing the strategic demand direction of the national air-space information network, has long been committed to the research directions of aerospace communication, information theory and coding, and wireless network architecture, actively exploring collaborative research in multidisciplinary frontier fields such as quantum information, artificial intelligence, and network security. The research contents to be undertaken include but are not limited to:

1. Wireless network information theory and air-space-ground integrated communication network architecture;

2. Extreme communication theory and the design and implementation of high performance receivers;

3. Construction theory, algorithm and core chip design of generalized sparse random coding; and

4. Theory of secure communication at the physical level and key technologies.

The Research Group encourages and recommends applying for various postdoctoral funded projects and youth funds of the NSFC, supports active participation in international cooperative research and exchanges, and strongly recommends applying for teaching positions in Tsinghua University and related institutions after leaving the postdoctoral program.

III. Recruitment requirements

1. Having a doctoral degree, excellent in both character and learning, in good health, under the age of 35, and generally having obtained the doctoral degree in no more than 3 years.

2. Having excellent reading and writing skills in English technological and scientific literature, and having published high-level research papers in a related field as the first author;

3. Having participated in a state and provincial project/program as a backbone researcher or with a good code engineering implementation ability (preferred);

4. Passionate about research, have a strong teamwork spirit, able to engage in postdoctoral research full-time, and able to deliver research work assigned by the team independently and excellently.
