Her main research areas include bioinformatics, pan-vascular single-cell atlases and virtual cells, AI foundational models for life and digital life. She focuses on developing computational frameworks to decode cellular heterogeneity, spatial-temporal dynamics, and regulatory networks in complex vascular diseases. She has published multiple peer-reviewed articles in the fields of computational biology, systems medicine, and single-cell multi-omics. Her work contributes to bridging molecular insights with clinical translation, supporting precision medicine in cardiovascular and related diseases.
