Research Overview

Dr. Si conducts research on multimodal LLM for microscopic imaging and precision medicine, and has published several high-level academic papers. He won Best Student Paper Award at SPIE Photonics West 2022. He proposed a single-shot generative model for Mueller matrix polarization imaging, achieving substantial improvements in imaging efficiency and quality. He has led or played a key role in several government-funded projects, and some research outcomes have been integrated into the operations of multiple institutions.
